I have one of the more obscure makes of boiler and I was unable to get local cover. The team have looked after it for 5 years and the service is exemplary. The work is always excellent and they arrive when promised. Furthermore, if I have a breakdown of any nature they are quick to respond and sort the problem.

Excellent service – we have had a regular service/maintenance contract for years and service has always been great. However, this week we had to contact RHW due to a breakdown. Tina was incredibly helpful and arranged for an engineer to visit the same day. The engineer quickly identified the problem, had the correct part immediately to hand and had the system up and running again in no time. Great service and very much appreciated.
